A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. 

Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbour, or perhaps a relative.  Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier Amtrak. 

The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. (please note that Ireland & some remote area's in Scotland will take a day longer to receive your delivery) 

Karaoke Discs, Packs and Small Item Purchases Sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

99% are received the next working week day but please allow up to 48 hours for receipt 

Hardware Orders ( Karaoke Players, Packages & Bulky Items are Sent out by Amtrak

Orders are sent out overnight delivery if ordered before 4.00pm Monday to Thursday (24 hour delivery)

Orders purchased after 4.pm will be sent out the following day (48 hour delivery)

Items purchased on Friday are delivered on Monday between 8am-6pm 

Orders received over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday between 8am-6pm 
If your order is urgent and its after 4.00pm weekdays  we may be able to deliver next day please call us 0115 9753000 to check on delivery availability
Our next day delivery service is not available on bank holidays your order will arrive the following working day
